Day # 2, Nintendo DS

There’s only 3 day till Christmas, so let’s get straight to the point. Here’s Day # 2, in the last minute Christmas gift ideas (And just be thankful you couldn’t hear me sing the first part).

Here’s one that all the kids and teens can enjoy. It’s the Nintendo DS; the DS brings multiple features together to deliver cutting-edge games for fans of every genre. Pit your wits and test your skills against other players everywhere from the other side of the room to the other side of the world. A great library of games means there's something for everyone. Nintendo DS revolutionizes handheld game-play. With two ultra bright screens, 3D graphics, touch-screen technology and wireless communication, you can challenge yourself or your friends anywhere, at anytime.

The first thing you'll notice about the Nintendo DS Lite is how small it is. And then you'll notice how many amazing things it can do. Two ultra bright LCD screens give you twice the action, twice the color, twice the fun and twice as annoying, unlike other handheld consoles. With a built-in microphone, the Nintendo DS Lite gives you even more ways to interact with your favorite games and friends via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Use your stylus with PictoChat to create drawings and text messages to send to all your DS friends. You know, instead of using all those other text messaging devices. (NOTE: Nintendo DS Lite wireless communication, including PictoChat, is not private and is not monitored by Nintendo. It’s recommend that you never reveal any personal information or arrange to meet a stranger). PictoChat is local wireless only. You need to be within 30 feet of another system to communicate. Create a local wireless network of up to 16 players between 30 to 100 feet away. Plus, for some titles, this feature requires just ONE Nintendo DS Game Card. Now you can take on all your friends at school, it’s just too bad that most school have band devices like this.

Nintendo DS Lite doesn’t just play DS games; it also features an additional port for Game Boy Advance Game Packs. Use the stereo headphone jack for the ultimate DS sound experience. Suddenly the action isn’t just in your hand it’s in your head! (If I had a dollar…) Nintendo DS has rich, stereo speakers that pump out virtual surround sound that takes you right to the heart of the game.

Overall, this is a great portable gaming device that everyone can enjoy. This is a must have Christmas gift.
