ure Has Arrived. An amazing glimpse of this promised future has arrived at ThinkGeek.com in the form of the Bluetooth Laser Virtual Keyboard. This tiny device laser projects a keyboard on any flat surface (just make sure it’s not a glass table) you can then type away accompanied by simulated key click sounds. You'll be turning heads the moment you pull this baby from your pocket and use it to compose an e-mail on your Bluetooth enabled PDA or Cell Phone. With 63 keys and full size QWERTY layout the Laser Virtual Keyboard can approach typing speeds of a standard keyboard.It can be used to connects to PDAs Smartphone’s and Computers using Bluetooth, it also allows the convenience of regular keyboard typing in a tiny form factor, the rechargeable battery lasts for up to 120 minutes of continuous typing and at a tiny size only 3.5 inches high. The Virtual keyboard is compatible with PalmOS 5, PocketPC 2003, Windows Smartphone, Symbian OS, and Windows 2000/XP and Limited Mac OSX Support.
The Keyboard projects a red diode laser, Keyboard size: 295 x 95mm. Its position is 60mm from VKB unit, non reflective, opaque flat surface and the visibility is good contrast up to 600 lux ambient illumination.

Important Mac OS Note:
Bluetooth Virtual Laser Keyboard work’s with Mac OSX using the built-in Bluetooth support in the OS. However, there is no driver software for Mac included with the keyboard and therefore no way to set the keyboard preferences such as brightness, key-repeat rate and sensitivity.
This is a cool and handy little device, but not so good if you like to work in a bright area.
